Reminder!

For every agencies resources’ applications, we need the following documents:

1. Updated CV;
2. Travel Information (see attached);
3. Criminal Record;
4. ENA – Hemodialysis Certificates; (at the time of application)
5. Copy of diplomas or certificates;
6. Vaccination certificate;
7. CPR training certificate;
8. Copy of two government identification cards with birthdate and address;

Even if we would prefer that a need is filled in its entirety, partial availability may be accepted nonetheless. To ease this process, please consider taking the first 2 weeks or the last 2 weeks within the asked dates of an assignment.
